Who should be journaling and who are the cards for?

Who should be journaling and who are the cards for?

The deck was created with beginners in mind, and quickly grew from that. I realised that many people who journal (personal experience included) can reach some level of plateau.

Beginners can struggle with what to write. Especially since it’s so “easy”. Just start writing, right? Well, the blank page can be intimidating, and these cards are designed to take that away.

More experienced writers can easy find themselves writing similar things each day. Somehow ticking a box of “done my journaling”, when the real value is in truly writing beyond the obvious. If this resonates with you, these cards will help you think differently, and you can use your experience to leverage these cards to the max.

For parents, these cards can be a great way to help your kids step away from devices. Pick a card you feel resonates, and get everyone together to write for 10 minutes - and make sure you let all the writing stay private!

The key here is to create a safe space, not a way to control. If they want to let you in on their words, be grateful. If they don’t, be grateful they wrote.

Gift the cards to someone you feel could benefit from going deeper into themselves, and perhaps gift them to yourself!
